Meet Victor Vargas, our founder who has dedicated his life to Cabo San Lucas fishing and also to the community. IN addition to being our founder, Victor serves as the Vice President of the Baja California Sur sportfishing association and is the team captain for the Mexico national sportfishing team that competes in world championship fishing tournaments all over the globe.

As our Managing Partner, Jason plays a pivotal role in our overall business strategy, business development, marketing, public relations and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. His dedication to guest satisfaction and his proficiency in big game sportfishing through researching cutting edge tackle, gear and strategies, make him an invaluable member of our team.
